Privacy Policy

What We Collect

• Account details: your name, email address and sign-in method.
• What you upload: photos, audio files, lyrics and the topics or template answers you type.
• What you create: the lyrics, songs and videos generated for you.
• Purchases: the pack you bought and its status. Card details are handled by our payment provider; we never see or store them.
• Usage and device data: pages visited, features used, browser type, and an approximate country derived from your IP address.

How We Use It

• to generate your lyrics, songs and videos;
• to check uploads and results for content that breaks our Terms of Service;
• to prevent abuse of free previews, for example by limiting them per device, network and country;
• to run your account, process payments and answer support requests;
• to understand how the service is used and improve it.

Who We Share It With

We share data only with providers that help us run Rapvise, and only what they need:

• AI model providers, which receive your uploads and prompts to produce the output;
• content safety providers, which check uploads and results;
• hosting and storage providers, which store your files;
• payment providers, which process purchases;
• email and analytics providers.

We do not sell your personal information.

Your Photos and AI Training

• We use your photos, audio and lyrics only to make the songs and videos you ask for and to check them for safety.
• We do not use them to train AI models, and we do not share them for that purpose.
• We send a photo to our AI model providers only to generate the video you asked for.

How Long We Keep It

We keep your account data while your account is open.

• Uploads and creations stay in your account so you can find them again under Assets, until you delete them or your account.
• Deleting in Assets removes an item from your account straight away. To have the stored files erased as well, or to close your account, email support@rapvise.com and we will do it within 30 days.
• Payment records are kept longer when the law requires it.

Cookies

We use cookies to keep you signed in, remember your preferences, track your free preview allowance and, where you allow it, measure usage. You can change your cookie choices in the site footer when the cookie banner is enabled.

Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you can ask to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, or object to some uses of it. Contact us and we will respond within 30 days.

Children

Rapvise is not for children under 13, and photos of minors may not be uploaded.

Security

We use encryption in transit, access controls and reputable infrastructure providers. No system is completely secure, but we work to protect your data.

Changes

We may update this policy. If the changes are material, we will tell you on the site.
