Refund Policy

How Payment Works

Rapvise sells credits in one-time packs. There is no subscription and nothing renews, so you are never charged again without buying another pack. Credits are valid for 6 months (180 days) from purchase.

Failed Songs and Videos

If a song or video fails or times out on our side, the credits it used are returned to your balance automatically. You do not need to contact us.

Unused Credit Packs

You can ask for a full refund of a credit pack within 14 days of purchase, as long as none of that pack's credits have been used. The money goes back to the card or account you paid with.

Partly Used Packs

Credits that were spent on finished songs or videos are not refunded. If a finished result was clearly broken (for example the video has no picture, the audio is missing, or the wrong person appears), tell us within 14 days and we will return the credits it used.

What Is Not Refunded

• Credits from the free signup gift or other promotions.
• Credits that have expired.
• Results you simply do not like when the service worked as described. AI output varies, which is why lyrics and song previews come first and the free 5-second preview exists.

How to Ask for a Refund

Email support@rapvise.com from the address on your account with the order number (shown under Settings → Payments) and a short note. We reply within 3 business days. Approved refunds are sent within 5 business days; your bank may take a few more days to show them.

If you open a chargeback with your bank instead, the pack's credits are removed from your account while it is reviewed.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version; a change never affects a purchase made before it.
