Acceptance of Terms

By using Rapvise you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

The Service

Rapvise uses AI models to write rap lyrics, generate rap songs and create music videos from photos and audio you provide or choose. AI output can be unpredictable: lyrics, vocals and lip-sync may not always match what you expect. We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the service, with reasonable notice where possible.

Your Account

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to upload photos or buy credits. You are responsible for your account credentials and for everything done under your account.

Photos, Audio and Lyrics You Upload

You keep the rights you have in what you upload. By uploading, you confirm that:

• every person in a photo is you or has given you permission to make this video of them;
• no photo shows a minor or a public figure;
• you own or have permission to use any audio and lyrics you upload.

You give us permission to process your uploads with our AI providers only to create your content and to keep the service safe.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Rapvise to create content that:

• harasses, threatens, bullies or demeans a real person;
• impersonates someone or could mislead people into thinking a real person said or did something;
• is sexual, violent, hateful or otherwise illegal;
• infringes anyone's copyright, trademark, likeness or privacy.

We check uploads and results automatically and may block a generation, remove content or close an account that breaks these rules.

Your Creations

Subject to these terms and to the terms of the AI providers we use, you may use the songs and videos you create with Rapvise. We do not claim ownership of them. Videos may include a small label showing they were made with AI; please do not remove it when you share them.

Credits and Payments

• Credits are sold in one-time packs. There is no subscription.
• Credits are valid for 6 months (180 days) from purchase and then expire.
• Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred.
• If a generation fails on our side, the credits it used are returned automatically.
• Requests for refunds of unused credit packs are handled case by case. Contact us within 14 days of purchase.

Our Intellectual Property

The Rapvise name, website, design and software belong to us and are protected by copyright, trademark and other laws.

Disclaimers and Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 6 months before the claim.

Termination

You may stop using Rapvise at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you break these terms.

Changes

We may update these terms. If the changes are material, we will tell you on the site before they take effect.
